Stephanie Badger
Director, Legislative Affairs

Stephanie Badger is Director of Legislative Affairs at The Nickles Group, LLC, offering research services and legislative assistance to clients on a broad range of issues, including intellectual property, budget, energy, health care and education. Stephanie has been with the Nickles Group since 2005 providing a variety of services for clients and the firm's partners.

Working closely with clients and The Nickles Group's intellectual property team, Stephanie was instrumental in the creation of the Copyright Alliance - a non-profit organization dedicated to the value of copyright as an agent for creativity, jobs and growth - assisting with member recruitment and general organizational duties. She also serves as the Director of Pause Parent Play, an organization that empowers parents to choose what their kids watch, play and hear.

Stephanie also closely monitored and reported to clients on legislative and regulatory developments in health care policy, including hearings and debates on health reform and implementation of the Affordable Care Act.

Stephanie regularly covers important Congressional hearings, tracks key legislation and facilitates helpful analysis on recent Administrative rules, pending legislation and other Washington-specific activities on behalf of The Nickles Group clients.

A native of the Washington, D.C. area, Stephanie studied Art History at Florida State University.
