Mary Beth Savary Taylor is a Vice President at The Nickles Group, LLC, combining more than 20 years of Capitol Hill and private sector experience to provide clients with extensive health policy expertise.
Her in-depth knowledge of policy issues – including Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, regulatory reform measures, and public health issues such as blood safety – informs clients' legislative strategies.
Prior to joining the firm, Mary Beth was Vice President for Executive Branch Relations at the American Hospital Association working closely with the White House, Federal Agencies such as the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Department of Health and Human Services, as well as congressional members and senior staff. Mary Beth also worked as Washington Counsel for the American Medical Association where she was key liaison to members of Congress, the administration and related organizations.
Mary Beth began her Washington career as Legislative Assistant for Senator Connie Mack (R-Fla.) and later served as General Counsel for the Joint Economic Committee under Mack's chairmanship.
A Florida native, Mary Beth holds a bachelor's and law degree from the University of Florida. She is an active volunteer for the Coalition for Pulmonary Fibrosis.
